OUR THESIS

Connect independent minds. Organize around projects.

We are rethinking work organized around fixed roles and long-term employment. AI expands individual capability; collaboration connects those capabilities to bring our own and each other’s projects to life.

More capable alone. More possible together.

AI is expanding what one person can accomplish. Our direction is to connect those independent capabilities: people initiate their own projects and contribute to others, forming a working network around shared goals.

01

Projects bring us together

Start with something worth building, then break it into clear tasks. Bring complementary capabilities together and let collaboration grow around the project.

02

Individuals are the nodes

The same person can initiate one project and collaborate on another. Design, content, development and fieldwork connect as peer capabilities, beyond fixed employer and employee identities.

03

AI amplifies each node

AI supports exploration, creation and execution so individuals can take on more complete work. Professional judgment and reliable delivery make collaboration between people possible.

WHY NOW. WHY TOGETHER.

Greater individual capability. A new coordination challenge.

Our thesis: AI is lowering the barrier between an idea and an early result. More people may be able to initiate projects independently. But giving one person more tools does not make a whole project organize itself.

01

Connect complementary capabilities

Being able to do more does not remove every limit. A project needs people whose capabilities fit a shared goal, beyond finding an isolated service to buy.

02

Make the work fit together

Goals, responsibilities, inputs and acceptance criteria need to be clear. Design, development and content must connect to move one project forward.

03

Make collaboration repeatable

Reliable work, communication and delivery records should help the next collaboration, so every new task does not have to start from zero.

Start with a task. Connect a whole project.

Liuyu starts with clear tasks and delivery workflows: express a need, agree on the work and submit an outcome. From there, we aim to test how multiple tasks can connect around one project. The goal is to reduce the coordination involved in starting and organizing a project, so people can join with a capability or initiate with an idea.

The current product starts with individual task workflows. Cross-task project organization, multi-person collaboration and a lasting capability network are the next layers to build along this path.

A PROJECT, MANY CAPABILITIES

One shared goal. Complementary contributions.

Project collaboration example

SHARED GOAL

Build a small tool that lets a creator organize one set of content ideas.

A content creator initiates the project with a real use case, examples and acceptance criteria. Collaborators contribute design, development and content capabilities, using AI to support execution.

Turn the idea into an understandable experience.

INPUT
The initiator supplies a use case and examples.
PEOPLE + AI
The designer uses AI to explore interfaces, then makes decisions based on the user journey.
HANDOVER
Hand over flows, interface states and interaction notes to the developer.

Turn the interface into a working tool.

INPUT
Work from the shared goal, interface design and sample data.
PEOPLE + AI
The developer uses AI-assisted coding and takes responsibility for logic, permissions, testing and actual behavior.
HANDOVER
Hand a usable version and its limitations to the content collaborator and initiator.

Bring the tool into real use.

INPUT
Start from the working version and the functions it actually supports.
PEOPLE + AI
The content collaborator uses AI to draft guides and demos, then checks every step and claim.
HANDOVER
Collect trial feedback together and decide on revisions and the next collaboration.

Today’s collaborator can initiate the next project. Roles change with the project; capabilities connect through the work.

From a useful outcome to lasting collaboration.

A delivery becomes a project. A project becomes an ongoing relationship.

01

Clear agreements. Reliable delivery.

Observe whether needs are clear, agreements hold, work meets acceptance criteria and where disputes occur.

02

Complementary capabilities. Shared projects.

Test handovers, revision costs and multi-person coordination to learn whether the project keeps moving forward.

03

Accumulated trust. Repeat collaboration.

Observe repeat collaboration, new projects and willingness to pay for clearly defined verification or membership value.

A NETWORK BUILT THROUGH WORK

I help build your project. You help bring mine to life.

Liuyu is building a project collaboration network for AI-amplified individuals. People can contribute skills, tools and available time, earn agreed compensation, and find collaborators for their own projects. Accumulated outcomes and trust can turn one task into an ongoing creative relationship.

Sustaining the collaboration network

Current plans focus on human verification and membership services, including verification badges, internal trust indicators and planned priority placement for tasks. Fees, benefits and refund rules will be disclosed before launch. Longer-term project tools and services will depend on evidence from real use.
