1. Scope and operator
This website is operated by 广西南宁流火日立网络科技有限责任公司, with its registered address at 南宁市青秀区民族大道89号金禄大厦11层H座 (Unit H, 11/F, Jinlu Building, 89 Minzu Avenue, Qingxiu District, Nanning, China). It presents the company, project vision and Liuyu services. It does not offer accounts, task submission, payment or file uploads.
The mini program and future app involve separate activities such as accounts, location and task materials. Their own privacy notices apply; this notice does not replace them.
2. Information and purposes
You do not need to submit your name, phone number or identity documents to browse. The site has no advertising trackers, analytics tags, remote fonts, geolocation components or profiling cookies. Language is selected through the page URL. Scenario controls, examples and FAQ searches run locally in your browser and do not upload your input.
To serve pages, investigate faults and maintain security, the server records necessary access and error information. Normal access logs contain IP address, time, request method and path, response status and size, and browser information. They omit URL query strings, referring pages, cookies and authorization headers. Error logs may contain request and error information needed for diagnosis. These records are not used for advertising profiles.
When you contact us by phone, email or WeChat, we receive the description, contact details and necessary records you provide to respond, investigate and handle your request. Please provide only relevant information and avoid unrelated sensitive data.
3. Retention and protection
The website uses HTTPS and runs on Tencent Cloud servers in mainland China. Logs are available only to necessary authorized maintenance personnel and are not public website resources.
Relevant network security logs are retained for at least six months as required by applicable law. Routine website logs rotate on an approximately 190-day retention schedule, and expired files are removed under that schedule. Information that must be retained for a security incident or dispute is limited to the necessary scope and period.
Inquiry and complaint records are retained for the time necessary to handle the matter and meet applicable legal requirements. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized. Contact us for details or to make a request.
4. External support links
The support button opens the WeChat support service at work.weixin.qq.com only when you choose to click it. You can scan its QR code with regular WeChat or open the link in WeChat. That platform handles access and conversations under its own service rules.
This website does not automatically embed a chat service or send an inquiry merely because you browse. Support records received by the company are used for the relevant inquiry and handling. Additional notices within the support service apply.
5. Access, correction and deletion requests
Use our support channels to request access, copies, corrections, additions or deletion of personal information and ask about progress. Specify the relevant service, information and request.
Necessary identity verification may be required to confirm that a request is yours. We do not request account passwords or SMS verification codes. If a request cannot be directly fulfilled, we will explain the basis and available next steps.
The website has no registered accounts. Requests involving product accounts or task materials are handled under the relevant product policies and actual processing records. Privacy disputes can also be raised through support.
6. Updates and contact
If the purposes, information, service components or contact channels change, we will update this page and provide additional notice where required.
